MEET THE WOMEN BEHIND ONE TOUCH

Two Women. Two Journeys.

One Shared Mission.

Laurie Hammer and Beth Krause came to One Touch through different stories, different experiences, and their own deeply personal journeys with cancer. But along the way, they discovered a shared calling: to turn what they had walked through into hope for someone else.

Together, they're creating a place where faith can be honest, healing can be explored, and no one has to walk through life's hardest seasons feeling alone.

“They triumphed... by the word of their testimony.”

Revelation 12:11

THE STORIES BEHIND ONE TOUCH

Two Journeys. One Shared Faith.

LAURIE HAMMER

Laurie Hammer knows what it feels like to appear as though you're holding everything together while quietly struggling beneath the surface. Her journey through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, celiac disease, health challenges, and cancer led her on a deeply personal search for healing and hope.

With a degree in Psychology, Laurie became a Functional Nutritional Therapist and Neuro-Nutrient Specialist, using both her professional training and personal experience to help others understand the powerful connection between the brain, body, nutrition, and emotional well-being.

But Laurie believes her deepest healing wasn't found in nutrition alone. It was found in Christ. Her faith carried her through some of life's hardest seasons and ultimately helped transform her pain into purpose.

Today, Laurie is passionate about helping others pursue healing of the brain, body, heart, and spirit, while reminding them that God can use even the chapters we never would have chosen to create something meaningful.

BETH KRAUSE

Beth Krause is a woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and Oma whose own journey through cancer, health challenges, and healing profoundly shaped the way she sees both faith and wellness.

A Functional Health and Nutrition Practitioner, Bloodwork Specialist, Herbalist, author, and speaker, Beth is the founder of Grace Anatomy Functional Health and Nutrition, where she helps women better understand their bodies and supports them through nutrition, herbs, lifestyle, functional bloodwork, and faith-filled guidance.

Beth believes healing reaches beyond the physical. Through her work and her story, she hopes to offer women hope, courage, practical wisdom, and the reminder that even in life's hardest seasons, God is still at work.

When she's not teaching, writing, speaking, or working with clients, you'll likely find Beth riding horses, tending her garden and herbs, spending time with family, or enjoying one of her favorite roles of all: being Oma.

WHY ONE TOUCH?

Two Stories Became One Shared Mission.

Laurie and Beth's journeys were different, but both discovered that the hardest chapters of their lives

could become a source of hope for someone else.

One Touch was born from their desire to share what they learned along the way,

to remind others that faith can coexist with fear, that healing can take many forms,

and that no one has to walk through life's hardest seasons alone.

Their stories brought them here. Their faith gave them a mission.

And One Touch is their invitation for others to reach, believe, and hope again.

Real People.

Real Faith.
